londoner slang? help

Do londoners use the following words in sentences:

chuffed
minging
nosh
"this is mint!"
"food for tea"
nosh
tipple
brill
"a patch on"

Just wondering.

I use minging and chuffed, although most of the phrases listed are not specific to London, that's Cockney rhyming slang which is a whole new ball game altogether.

Did you know that nosh also means blow-job so maybe you're either well satisfied or well fed!

Oh and I use tea for dinner- that's a Northern thing

hey thanks syd. peter said that no one under the age of 35 uses the word minging. do they mainly speak cockney in eastlondon, you know, those eastenders?

I'm just wondering cause i have a friend that uses these words and phrases quite frequently and I never hear them from my other british friends.

I'm over 35 so I'm allowed to use it! I'm minging for life.
